At Chez Fefe macarons&café we prepare the macarons by hand in our macaron lab bakery in the center of Sofia. Our recipe consists of making everything slowly, with attention to detail, in a traditional way: shells made entirely from almonds, filled with classic chocolate ganache, using only natural fruits, fresh herbs, and spices, without chemical additives or preservatives.
